The Holy Apostolic Church of God Pentecostal Incorporated

March 3, 1979 in the state of California.

The church got started in 1975 in the home of Pastor and Missionary Randle, with Missionary Broughton, who is our current church Mother, working faithfully by their side. There the Lord began to bless and send people off the street, and fill them with the Holy Ghost, right in the living room of their home.

The moving of the Lord began to grow mightily and different ones in the neighborhood began to attend the services and bible study, which was also held at Mother Broughton's house faithfully.

As the membership began to grow, our Pastor, being led of the Lord, began to seek out a building for a house of prayer for the Lord and also the incorporate under an independent name. There was much opposition from the devil, but by the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the determination of our Pastor and Wife, without full knowledge and very little money, and staying up late hours of the night, the Lord blessed our Paster and Wife to draw up our bylaws and articles of incorporation and to submit them to the office of the Secretary of State of California, and Praise God the Church was incorporated for only about twenty-five dollars.

The Pastor being led of the Lord to seek out a building with the help of the Lord and his brother-in-law, Mr. Parrott, found our first building on Jefferson and LaSalle Avenue in the city of Los Angeles. There the Lord continued to bless and fill souls with the Holy Ghost and healed all manner of sickness; again we had very little money, but the Lord was on our side and began to open doors and make ways for us, for our eyes were upon Him.

Some of the blessings of the Lord:

He gave us a brother, Apostle Clark, who was a complete stranger to us, to do our electrical work for free.
Pastor Willis gave us lumber and knowledge to erect a Rostrum and Pulpit.
The Lord, through Deacon Simon, blessed us with chairs to furnish the church.
The Lord blessed us with so many other things that they are too numerous to count.

After about five years the Lord blessed us to move to our present location where he has continued to bless and add souls to the church.

We are truly grateful to the Lord for all his blessings toward us.
